Drawn from the portafilter, we taste notes of orange, chocolate and macadamia nut from the espresso at a ratio of 1:2 (18 grams of coffee / 36 grams of espresso in 30-35sec), which are also emphasized with milk (flat white or cappuccino, for example) and which forms a perfect basis for delicious milk mixed drinks in our eyes & palate.
